A-1 Temps is a temporary, temporary to hire and permanent staffing service based out of Tampa , Florida . We provide employees with experience in the office clerical, light industrial, warehouse and assembly environments. One size does not fit all! Maybe if you are ordering cleaning supplies or copier paper, but not when you are looking for quality employees that will enhance your workforce. We custom fit our recruiting, screening and hiring process to better fit your needs. Employment is such a personal situation and needs to be addressed on an individual basis. We look at our employee’s background, their history and personal interview and take time to get to know our employees before they arrive at your doorstep. 

Experience matters, especially in the temporary and staffing field.  Our managers average 7.6 years with A-1 Temps. This means less work for you because there is a good chance we have staffed employees in similar environments to yours.

Our commitment to you is that you will be satisfied with the employee(s) we provide or you will not be invoiced for them. We will give you the pay rate and bill rate for our employees that we send to your facility and we will not change that unless we get your authorization.  We will test, interview and evaluate employees prior coming to your facility. We will come to your location prior to placement of one of our employees to try and make the best fit possible.

All services are subject to further qualification.  Accounts are set-up according to the needs and classifications of the client.  Drug Screens, Criminal Histories, MVR’s are provided upon request.
