You can qualify for holiday pay for any of these days if you have worked 450 hours in the 13 weeks preceding the holiday. You must, also, work both the day before and the day after the holiday.

You can qualify for 40 hours of vacation pay if you have worked 1600 hours in an annual period. The time is recorded from the date you actually started working for us until the anniversary of that date.

Accrued vacation time must be used during the year that it was earned.

In order to be eligible the following must apply.

All referrals must be new employees.

All referrals must work a minimum of 40 hours within the first 30 days of employment.

All referrals must abide by all policies and procedures of A-1 Temps, Inc.

All employees must adhere to all safety policies of A-1 Temps, Inc.

Referral amount is $25.00 and will be paid along with regular wages.

Time Ticket Procedures

Make sure the company name is printed on the time ticket.

Fill in the start time.

Print your name and Social Security number.

Please fill in the dates worked.

Make sure your hours-worked are correct and accurate.

Make sure your supervisor signs your time card. (We can not pay unsigned tickets)

Make sure your hours are totaled correctly.

Give the white copy (top copy) to your Supervisor. All other copies must be returned to our office.

You may fax a copy of your time card to ________________________________. Please fax white copy if possible, you MUST turn in the original copy to receive your paycheck.

Time tickets not turned in by 7:00 a.m. Monday morning will not be processed until the next pay period. Each office has a drop slot in the front door if you arrive after hours.

        Payday is _________________________ after 2:00 p.m.
